Welcome to the Loud Pigmnt FAQ! Here you'll find answers about our patterns, process, products, and policies.

1. What is Loud Pigmnt?

Loud Pigmnt is a Black woman–owned design house by artist Leeya Rose Jackson, creating bold, culturally elegant patterns for interiors, textiles, and custom goods. Our work celebrates Black expression, maximalism, and storytelling through surface design.

2. Can I buy your designs as wallpaper or fabric?

Yes! Many of our patterns are available on home goods and custom wallpaper through our test shop and special releases. We’re currently working toward a full launch. Stay tuned by joining our [newsletter]!

3. Where can I shop Loud Pigmnt products?

We currently sell limited-edition pieces through our [Contrado shop] and occasionally release products via collaborations or pop-ups. More platforms are coming soon!

4. Can I license your patterns for my brand/project?

Yes, we license patterns for select projects in retail, fashion, editorial, and interiors. Reach out at loudpigmnt@gmail.com with a short description of your idea and we’ll follow up.

5. What’s your return/exchange policy?

Most of our pieces are made-to-order, which means we cannot accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll help make it right.

6. Can I commission a custom pattern or mural?

Absolutely. Leeya accepts a small number of private commissions and collaborative projects. Reach out with your concept and budget range and we’ll explore the possibilities.

7. Are your designs AI-generated?

Nope! All patterns are designed by hand—digitally or analog—by Leeya Rose Jackson, often drawing from themes of Afrofuturism, neurodivergence, and natural memory. We believe in human-led design rooted in culture.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, orders placed through our production partner (e.g., Contrado) offer international shipping. Shipping costs and times vary depending on destination.

9. Do you offer trade or wholesale accounts?

We’re building toward this! If you're an interior designer, boutique owner, or creative buyer, please email us to start a conversation about samples, licensing, or upcoming product lines.
